Shipping & Returns

Our supplier can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there may be restrictions on some products. When you place an order, the shipping cost will be estimated based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you select at checkout.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, weights may be rounded up to the next full pound. To review the shipping charges for your order, place all items in your cart and proceed to checkout. All shipping costs are in US dollars.

Many items qualify for Media Mail, including printed music, CDs and instructional books. Media Mail is typically the least expensive shipping method, and takes a little longer to arrive. If any items in your cart are not eligible for Media Mail, this option will not be shown. 

Free Shipping for Qualifying Orders

If your order contains at least $75.00 of printed songbooks and/or printed choral items, free shipping will be offered at checkout. The minimum value is based on the subtotal of qualifying products, excluding sales tax and coupon code discounts. Digital items do not count toward the minimum value.

If free shipping is selected, the least expensive available shipping method will be used. This may cause your item(s) to arrive a few days later than usual. If you need the item(s) quickly, you can waive free shipping by selecting one of the USPS or UPS options.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue the free shipping requirements at our discretion.


Backordered Items

Some items may be currently out of stock with our supplier. Product status can only be verified once an item is in your cart. If an item is unavailable, you will be prompted to remove it from your cart at checkout. You may contact us to inquire if/when the product will  be back in stock. Permanently discontinued items will periodically be removed from our store.


Returning Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital sheet music, we can not offer a refund of your Digital Download title after it has been purchased, unless there is a problem with the file itself.

If there was a problem with printing or you received the wrong title of your Digital Download, you can request a refund by emailing us at or calling us toll free: (800) 273-4783.


Physical merchandise is only returnable if:

1. It is defective.
2. There was a shipping error.

Return requests for defective or incorrectly shipped items must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product. Please send an email to with a description of the problem. (Attaching photos is always helpful!)

We will then contact the appropriate supplier to receive authorization and instructions to return your item. (They may offer to send a replacement item at no charge.) My Worship Store LLC is not responsible for how returns or replacements are handled by our supplier.

Please notify My Worship Store LLC as soon as the return is sent back, along with the return tracking number if a label was not provided. Return tracking information must be provided to My Worship Store LLC before the item is received back.

Once our supplier receives the returned item, we will issue a refund within 10 business days. Credit card purchases will be refunded back to your credit card. PayPal purchases will be refunded back to your PayPal account.

My Worship Store LLC and our supplier(s) are not responsible for lost returns, returns sent to the wrong location, or returns that are sent without prior authorization or documentation of the return tracking number.


Exchanges & Replacements

Items cannot be exchanged for different products. If you receive a defective item, please email us at or call us toll free: (800) 273-4783.


Returning Software & Recorded Media 

Due to manufacturer restrictions, software and recorded media (including videos, DVDs, karaoke CDs, etc.) can only be returned if the manufacturer-sealed plastic shrink-wrap is unopened.

Digital Download Codes for software cannot be returned or refunded once the code has been emailed.


Returning Personal Protective Equipment

Due to health and safety concerns, personal protective equipment cannot be returned or refunded. This includes, but is not limited to: face masks, shields, and bell covers.
